Being an artist

Last week, I found myself in the hospital emergency room, supporting a dear friend who had experienced a heart attack.

There, I witnessed a diverse array of individuals—youthful, elderly, men, women—all confronting the delicate balance between life and death.

All lying down with no possessions, others were alone, while a few had their last companion by their side.

It was a stark reminder of life's fragility, regardless of age.

Today, as the sun shines brightly, I am reminded of the importance of living in alignment with my true self.

This means steering clear of falsehoods, those who betray trust, and, above all, activities that do not serve my purpose.

I am grateful to life for granting me the opportunity to be an artist.

To those reading these words, know that I hold you dear in my heart.
